Communications Director

The Communications Director is in charge of ASG advertising, special events, publications, and public relations. The Director writes press releases about ASG projects and initiatives, gathers input from the student body, and publicizes current accomplishments and projects of ASG. The Communications Director also works to help student groups generate publicity for their programming and to reach out to student groups by recognizing student problems that may be remedied by ASG.

Technology Director

The Technology Director is in charge of all ASG technology and web-based services. This includes working with student affairs and NUIT on issues such as NULink and the ASG server, managing computers in the ASG Office and their maintenance, and chairing the Technology Committee.

External Relations Director

The External Relations Director is the chief liaison between ASG and the City of Evanston, other universities, and any other external communities. The Director must appoint an Evanston City Council Liaison and an Evanston Business Liaison, is a liaison to the university’s Community Relations Officer, and puts on programs such as Big Bite Nite.
